At Game Set Match Tennis Academy, our goal is to help players grow both on and off the court — developing skills, mindset, and values that go beyond the game.
Our indoor programs are designed for players of all levels, with structured training plans adapted to each stage of development. From first contact with the racket to competitive and high-performance training, we provide a safe, motivating, and professional environment where every player can reach their full potential.
With experienced coaches, small groups, and a strong focus on technique, mindset, and values, we make sure every session has purpose and progress.
Tennis Summer Camp 2026
Long Island Health & Racquet Setauket hosts the best tennis summer camp in Long Island for kids of all levels. We offer programs for Kids 10 & Under, Middle School/ JV Varsity and High Performance Players. A perfect camp for kids looking to make long-lasting friendships and take their tennis skills to the next level.
Open to players of all ages and skill levels!

Indoor Tennis: Spring Season II
Train in our indoor courts and enjoy a consistent, high-quality tennis experience—rain or shine. This new session is designed for players of all levels looking to improve their game, stay active, and be part of a structured and supportive environment.
Spring Season II runs from April to June. Dates depend on the program selected.

Red Ball I
- Builds hand-eye coordination through athletic drills & fun games.

Red Ball II
- Continue to build hand-eye coordination through athletic drills & fun games at a more advanced level.

Orange Ball I
- Improves technique & develops better footwork.

Orange Ball II

Focuses on tennis technical & tactical fundamentals (forehands, backhands, volleys & serves).
- Kids learn rules & competitive strategies.

Green Ball
- Centers on learning consistency, point -playing & all other aspects of the game.
- Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday 6:00-7:30 P.M.

Yellow Ball Programs 11 & Up
YOUTH & TEEN TENNIS PROGRAM
Youth & Teen Challenge
- Focuses on stroke development, dynamic footwork, and competitive strategies.
- Team and game etiquette are emphasized.
- Monday/ Wednesday 7:30-9:00 P.M.
- Saturday 3:30- 5:00 P.M.
- Sunday 12:00- 1:30 P.M.
JV Varsity Team
- Prepares players for Varsity teams and USTA sanctioned competition.
- Covers all aspects of competitive play and aims to master fundamentals.
- Monday/ Wednesday 7:30-9:00 P.M.
- Saturday 3:30- 5:30 P.M.
- Sunday 12:00- 1:30 P.M.
Varsity Team
- Advanced junior players will focus on match strategy and staying consistent under pressure.
- Structured match play and tactical drills.
- Monday/ Wednesday 7:30-9:00 P.M.

- Sunday 12:00- 1:30 P.M.

Performance
- High intensity drilling, physical conditioning and match play analysis while preparing to play USTA level 7 tournaments.

- Small group specific training.
- USTA Tournament Plan
- Tuesday/ Thursday 5:00 - 7:00 P.M. followed by physical conditioning from 7:00 - 8:00 PM

- High Performance Tennis programs must be taken twice a week or once a week with a private lesson
- High Performance Tennis programs include 1 hour of conditioning except for Saturday & Sunday classes.
