Red Ball Tennis Program

  • Builds hand-eye coordination through athletic drills & fun games.
  • Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday 5:00-6:00 P.M.
  • Saturday 12:00- 1:00 P.M.

Orange Ball Tennis Program I

  • Improves technique & develops better footwork.
  • Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday 5:00-6:00 P.M.
  • Saturday 12:00- 1:00 P.M.

Orange Ball Tennis Program II

  • Focuses on tennis technical & tactical fundamentals (forehands, backhands, volleys & serves).
  • Kids learn rules & competitive strategies.
  • Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday 6:00-7:30 P.M.
  • Saturday 1:00- 2:30 P.M.

Green Ball Tennis Program

  • Centers on learning consistency, point -playing & all other aspects of the game.
  • Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday 6:00-7:30 P.M.
  • Saturday 1:00- 2:30 P.M.

  • For college tennis players, UTR 7.0 or above, or for players competing in L5 or above
  • Small group specific training.
  • Physical conditioning everyday.
  • USTA Tournament Plan
  • Monday/ Friday 5 - 8 P.M.
  • Tuesday/ Thursday 3:30-6:30 P.M.
  • Saturday 12:00- 2:00 P.M.
  • High Performance Tennis programs must be taken twice a week or once a week with a private lesson
  • High Performance Tennis programs include 1 hour of conditioning except for Saturday & Sunday classes.

Yellow Ball Programs 11 & Up

Youth & Teen Challenge

  • Focuses on stroke development, dynamic footwork, and competitive strategies.
  • Team and game etiquette are emphasized.
  • Monday/ Wednesday 7:30-9:00 P.M.
  • Saturday 2:30- 4:00 P.M.
  • Sunday 12:00- 1:30 P.M.

JV Varsity Team

  • Prepares players for Varsity teams and USTA sanctioned competition.
  • Covers all aspects of competitive play and aims to master fundamentals.
  • Monday/ Wednesday 7:30-9:00 P.M.
  • Saturday 2:30- 4:00 P.M.
  • Sunday 12:00- 1:30 P.M.

12 Competition

  • Small group specific training to prepare for higher levels of USTA sanctioned competition.
  • Covers all aspects of competitive play and aims to master fundamentals.
  • Tuesday/ Thursday 5:00- 7:00 P.M.
  • Saturday 4:00- 6:00 P.M.

Performance group

  • Focuses on each player's talent, level of maturity, physical and mental attributes, and individual needs for them to become competitive players.
  • *Day(s) chosen are fixed, no make-up, no changes*
  • Wednesday 7:00-9:00 P.M.
  • Saturday 4:00- 6:00 P.M.
  • Sunday 1:30- 3:30 P.M.
