KIDS' TENNIS SUMMER CAMPS 2025
Long Island Health & Racquet Setauket hosts the best tennis summer camp in Long Island for kids of all levels. We offer programs for Kids 10 & Under, Middle School/ JV Varsity and High Performance Players. A perfect camp for kids looking to make long-lasting friendships and take their tennis skills to the next level.

KIDS' TENNIS SUMMER CAMPS
10 & Under Training Camps
Age 4-10.
Students are grouped based on ability. Drills, points & fun games each week. Special equipment, small nets and color balls (red, orange or green) are used.
Middle School
Training Camp
Age 11-17.
Players will be divided by age and level. Training available for beginner, intermediate & advanced players.
JV Varsity
Training
Age 11-17
We focus on specific training, level of maturity, physical and mental attributes and everyday conditioning to prepare for the USTA and high school season.
Full Day Camp
- Full day tennis lessons and drills for all levels.
- Runs from 9am-3:30pm
- 8:50 am drop off preferred for mandatory sign in for attendance
Split
Camp
- Age 4-12
- Runs from 9am- 3:30pm
- 8:50 am drop off preferred for mandatory sign in for attendance
- Morning: Half Day Tennis; Afternoon: Recreational Activities
Half Day Camp
- Tennis lessons and drills for all abilities.
- Runs from 9am- 12:00pm (noon)
LUNCH IS NOT INCLUDED.
- Meal Plan is $10/Day
HIGH PERFORMANCE
TENNIS SUMMER CAMP
Elite Training for Tournament-Level Players
- Members of 12 Competition, High Performance, Excel can sign up without prior approval. Others are subject to approval from the Tennis Director Tito Perez on a FREE assessment.

Advanced Tennis Training Includes:
- Technical: Fundamentals to improve your ground stroke, transition/net play, serve/return and footwork
- Strategy: Identifying your opponent's strength, weaknesses, and style of play while developing your match strategy.
- Mental: Establishing routines, emotional control, proper preparation and addressing adversity.
- Physical: Efficient and effective court movement techniques. How to increase your balance, generate more power and gain speed.

Competition: UTR singles and doubles tournaments. Opportunity to develop and improve physical, mental, and strategic techniques.
